Problem & solution statements

Problem statements

Online ordering is a wonderful way for restaurants to increase their sales, provide better engagement opportunities through continuous support, and create multiple points of interaction.

  • Most of the time, while searching for an item, the user cannot find it easily.

  • There are many issues where payment gateways become a hassle due to limited means of payment methods integration in the system.

  • When restaurants run promotional offers, the targeted customers are not able to view them and, thus, cannot take advantage of them.

  • Streamlining the ordering processes by remembering the most ordered/recently ordered food items has not been effectively done.

Solution statements
  • Treatos makes the ordering experience super user-friendly so that customers of all ages can effortlessly place orders.

  • Treatos integrates and enables customers to make payments through globally and locally recognized banking and payment gateways.

  • Treatos also runs targeted promotions that are tangible based on local times.

  • Treatos remembers the most recent and favourite list of orders and makes the user journey streamlined through the app and website ordering system,

  • Treatos also shares food recipes and preparation videos from the customers' most sought-after restaurants so that every customer can enjoy the meals regardless of accessibility to the restaurant.
